Refund policy

All Sales Are Final.  Returns, refunds, or exchanges will only be considered under certain circumstances such as if the product sent was damaged upon arrival or if the wrong product was sent to the customer.

If your order falls under these circumstances, you must first email us at mellyjinstudios@gmail.com within 30 days of the order date to be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange. A picture of the damaged or incorrect product must be provided in the email along with the order number and reason for the return, refund, or exchange. The customer is responsible for providing return shipping.  Upon our receipt of the return, we will respond promptly and accordingly to ensure that your refund or exchange is processed.
