All Sales Are Final.  Returns, refunds, or exchanges will only be considered under certain circumstances such as if the product sent was damaged upon arrival or if the wrong product was sent to the customer.

If your order falls under these circumstances, you must first email us at mellyjinstudios@gmail.com within 30 days of the order date to be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange. A picture of the damaged or incorrect product must be provided in the email along with the order number and reason for the return, refund, or exchange. The customer is responsible for providing return shipping.  Upon our receipt of the return, we will respond promptly and accordingly to ensure that your refund or exchange is processed.

• Priority Mail (1-3 business days)

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on the product and order volume. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Shipping rates are shown after entering your address on the checkout page.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment through the USPS website.

To keep your handmade crochet handbag in pristine condition, we recommend:

• Spot cleaning with a mild detergent (or water and soap mixture).
• Use a soft cloth or a soft-bristle brush along with water to gently clean the crochet fabric.
• Gently press out excess water with a clean, dry towel. Do not wring the handbag.
• Lay the handbag flat on a clean, dry towel and let it air dry completely. Avoid direct sunlight, as it can fade colors and damage the fibers.
• Once the handbag is dry, you can use a soft brush to gently fluff up the crochet stitches.

Because of the material of our crochet bags and the fact that they are handmade, sizes may vary slightly between each bag. The fibers of the bag stretch over time which is completely normal and should not affect the bag's functionality if cared for properly.
